Meet the Founder and Director
Harpreet Gill is founder and instructor at Next Step Nursin Learning Corporation . She graduated from India with a Masters in Nursing (Medical Surgical Nursing with a subspecialty in Critical Care Nursing).
She moved to Canada with her husband in 2015 and began her career as an Internationally trained Nurse, completing the equivalency process. She completed a bridging programme as part of the Nursing license process in the Canadian province of Saskatchewan. She has worked in a variety of clinical settings, including ICUs, Medical and Surgical Units, and Community Nursing.
She, like every other IEN, juggled between work, family, and studies to find the perfect balance and worked tirelessly to obtain her RN. She therefore wants to support and assist other IENs and nursing students in achieving their goals based on their unique needs.
